Kelly Way, RN
Kelly Way, RN is the Registered Nurse for the Professional Athlete Care Team (PACT) clinic, where he plays a key role in managing the medical care of former athletes who return to the clinic for ongoing health support. His responsibilities include conducting intakes for The Trust (Powered by the NFLPA) Brain & Body Assessment, documenting and reviewing lab results and medications, and participating in the exit interview to address any medical questions or concerns.

Sakshi Shah
Sakshi Shah is a Data Control Specialist at the Tulane Center for Sport and Tulane Center for Brain Health, where she ensures data integrity and alignment with organizational standards. She holds a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on Health Policy and Management from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s in Science from Ahmedabad University. Her previous roles include managing strategic budget development, market analysis, and merger transitions, significantly contributing to financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
Hayley Crowell, LMSW
Hayley is a Licensed Master of Social Work who provides case management services to individuals in the PACT clinic program.
Clare Conwill, LMSW, MPH
Clare Conwill, LMSW, MPH, is a Licensed Master Social Worker for the Center for Sport at Tulane University. Clare provides case management for the PACT clinic programs, assisting in implementing recommendations provided by the Brain and Body Assessment program for former players referred to the clinic by The Trust.
Jami Montagnino, MD
Dr. Jami Montagnino is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedics at Tulane School of Medicine. She enjoys treating a wide variety of sports and musculoskeletal conditions through a non-surgical and patient-centered approach. Her goal is to help all patients understand their condition through quality patient education so that they may work towards being as functional and active as possible.
Troy Smith
Troy serves as a Psychometrist for the Center for Sport. Troy’s responsibilities include scoring and administering psychological testing batteries for the Center. This includes programming related to Tulane Athletics, the Trust Brain and Body Assessment and Tulane Center for Brain Health. As a Psychometrist, Troy has administered neurological and psycho educational batteries to all ages at Jefferson Neurobehavioral Group. He has tested and rehabilitated patients with autism spectrum disorder for three years at Spears Learning Center.
