Kelly Way, RN

Kelly Way, RN is the Registered Nurse for the Professional Athlete Care Team (PACT) clinic, where he plays a key role in managing the medical care of former athletes who return to the clinic for ongoing health support. His responsibilities include conducting intakes for The Trust (Powered by the NFLPA) Brain & Body Assessment, documenting and reviewing lab results and medications, and participating in the exit interview to address any medical questions or concerns. Kelly is an essential member of the health team, ensuring that former athletes receive comprehensive care tailored to their needs.

Before joining the PACT clinic, Kelly worked as an intensive care nurse in northern Virginia and the New Orleans area. His diverse nursing background spans several specialties, including home infusion, post-anesthesia care, and, most recently, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
