Hayley Crowell, LMSW

Hayley is a Licensed Master of Social Work who provides case management services to individuals in the PACT clinic program.

Hayley graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Psychology and from Tulane University with her Masters of Social Work. Prior to pursuing her Masters, Hayley worked for 15 years in marketing, media, and consumer relations in both New York and New Orleans. She completed her social work field placement at Lakeside Hospital. There, she transitioned her experiences in program development and client services into a helping field, providing hospital discharge planning and case management services to an inpatient rehabilitation population.
