Biography
Brad Anderson is a certified athletic trainer and care manager for The Trust (powered by the NFLPA) with the Professional Athlete Care Team at the Tulane University School of Medicine. Brad assists former NFL players with their access to necessary medical services during Brain and Body Assessments and Milestone Wellness Assessments.
Brad received a Bachelor of Science in athletic training from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1997. After graduating, he spent three seasons as the intern athletic trainer with the NBA’s Portland Trail Blazers. He also served as a training camp assistant with the strength and conditioning staff of the NFL’s Oakland Raiders, and as an athletic trainer with the Minor League Baseball operations for the Texas Rangers. Brad spent the 2000 NFL season with New York Giants as the seasonal assistant athletic trainer and was with the organization for Super Bowl XXXV. Following the Giants, he worked in the athletic training department at the University of North Texas from 2001-2009, primarily with the men’s basketball team. Following his work with UNT, Brad spent 10 seasons as the men's basketbal team athletic trainer at the University of Memphis. Brad joined the Professional Athlete Care Team in July 2019.
