- Understand the factors that contribute to an increased risk of ACL tears in female athletes.
- Discuss the timing, duration, and nature of specific exercises that can be incorporated into routine training to help prevent ACL tears.
- Explain the main phases of rehabilitation following ACL reconstruction and give examples of representative exercises.
